I like to make a mini goal for my day. Today I am going to do 500 crutches or I am going to plank for a total of 2 minutes. 500 crunches seems like a lot, but when you break it down throughout the day it is so easy. If you are have a break you can easily do 250 crunches in five minutes. In the morning while you are getting ready try to do two 30sec planks. When I pump my gas I stand on my tip toes. This helps with my balance as well as strengthening my calf muscle.
Exercising really can be done anytime and anywhere, you just have to make it a part of your lifestyle.
IDEAS
- try standing on tip toes while brushing teeth or getting gas
- take back three shopping carts you see in the parking lot
- on your 5 min break do 1 10sec plank/30 crunches ( start here and add more as your ready)
- while your making dinner do 10 squats every 10-15 minutes
- plank when you get up and go to sleep
